How do payment and confirmation work?
Once RU Viaggi confirms the journey details, the following payment terms apply:
- Egypt (local) bookings: 30% deposit to confirm; the balance is due before or on the day of service.
- International and partner-network bookings: a 100% payment link is issued after confirmation.
- Corporate accounts: invoice with agreed payment terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the service.
- 50% applies within 48 hours of the service.
- 70% applies within 24 hours of the service.
- 100% applies on the day of service.
Can you arrange child seats?
Please request child seats when you enquire. The team will confirm the appropriate option for the child and vehicle before the journey.
Can I add extra stops?
Yes. Share every planned stop when you request the journey so the team can confirm a suitable route and schedule.
How are tolls and airport parking handled?
Tell us your route and airport requirements. Any applicable journey arrangements are confirmed with you before service.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number where available. The team monitors the arrival details and coordinates the pickup plan with you.
How does waiting time work?
Waiting requirements are discussed with you before confirmation, especially for airport, event and multi-stop journeys.
Which payment methods and currencies are accepted?
Payment options and applicable currency are confirmed by our team for your specific journey before booking is confirmed.
Can corporate accounts receive invoices?
Yes. Corporate accounts can request invoices in line with their agreed payment terms.
How much luggage can I bring?
Tell us the number of passengers and luggage pieces. We will recommend and confirm the right vehicle for the journey.
How do I modify a booking?
