Booking requests

A website submission or WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when RU Viaggi confirms the service, vehicle, timing and personalised quote with you.

Payment and confirmation

Once RU Viaggi confirms the journey details, the following payment terms apply:

Egypt (local) bookings: 30% deposit to confirm; the balance is due before or on the day of service.
International and partner-network bookings: a 100% payment link is issued after confirmation.
Corporate accounts: invoice with agreed payment terms.

Cancellation

We understand plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply:

Free cancellation more than 48 hours before the service.
50% applies within 48 hours of the service.
70% applies within 24 hours of the service.
100% applies on the day of service.

Journey details

Please provide accurate passenger, flight, location, timing and luggage information. Changes should be communicated as early as possible so the team can reconfirm availability and your personalised quote.

Conduct and safety

For safety, passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable chauffeur instructions. RU Viaggi may decline or end a service where safety is compromised.
